Age Eligibility

The age of the prospective student, as on 30th September of the Academic Session for which the admission is sought, should be as follows:

Playgroup : 3 Years

Nursery : 4 Years

Prep : 5 Years

Class I : 6 Years

Class II : 7 Years

Class III : 8 Years

Class IV : 9 Years

Class V : 10 Years

Class VI : 11 Years

Class VII : 12 Years

Class VIII : 13 Years

Registration

  1. Availability of Registration Form: The Registration Form can be obtained from the school provided by the school.
  2. Submission of Form: The duly completed Registration Form must be submitted within two days from the date of issue or before the last submission date specified by the school authorities.
  3. Registration Fee: The form should be submitted along with the prescribed registration fee, which is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  4. Birth Certificate Requirement: A photocopy of the student's Birth Certificate must be attached with the Registration Form for verification purposes.
  5. Documents for Transfer Students: Students coming from other schools are required to submit photocopies of their report cards or academic records for the previous two academic years.
  6. Validity of Registration: The registration process is valid only for the academic session for which the application has been submitted. The registration fee cannot be adjusted for any future session.
  7. Admission Policy: Registration does not automatically confirm admission. Admission will be granted only after fulfilling all eligibility criteria and completing the admission formalities as per school rules.

The Process

  1. The Admission Form must be duly filled and returned to the respective branch within 3 working days from the grant of admission.
  2. Admission will become valid only after the complete payment of Admission Fee before the due date as well as on the submission and completion of all the necessary forms, documents and certificates.
  3. Original Birth Certificate and Transfer certificate will be required at the time of grant of admission along with two passport size photographs and other mandatory documents as per the respective class.
  4. The child will also be assessed on his/her academic readiness and motivation; social and emotional development; family's co-operation in working with the school and meeting the needs of the child.
  5. The amount deposited as Admission Fee for a particular academic year will neither be refunded nor transferred to any other year. Moreover, fresh registration will be required if a child is to be given admission for a subsequent year.
  6. The school, on accepting the registration of a child, is in no way bound to grant admission to that child as it is purely based on availability of seats. The decision of the Principal regarding admission will be final and binding.

Documents Required

Parents seeking admission for their child may contact the school office for detailed information regarding the admission process and seat availability. Students who are granted admission are required to submit the following documents before joining the school to confirm their admission successfully.

  1. Birth Certificate: A photocopy of the child's Birth Certificate must be submitted if it has not been provided earlier during registration.
  2. Academic Records: Students must submit proof of passing the previous class or promotion to the current class through a valid report card or mark sheet.
  3. Transfer Certificate (TC): An original Transfer Certificate from the previous school is mandatory. The previous institution must be recognized by a State Board or any recognized educational board. In case the student is transferring from another state, the Transfer Certificate should be duly signed and verified by the District Education Officer (DEO).
  4. Passport Size Photographs: Recent passport-size photographs of the student are required for official school records.
  5. Proof of Residence: Parents must provide a valid residential proof of the child such as a copy of the Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Ration Card.
  6. Medical Certificate: A medical certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner must be submitted. The certificate should include details of the child's vaccination and immunization record along with information regarding any specific medical condition or health concern that the school should be aware of.
  7. Adoption Certificate (If Applicable): In the case of an adopted child, parents are required to submit an attested copy of the official adoption certificate issued by the competent authority.
  8. Custody Certificate (If Applicable): In cases of divorce or separation, the parent seeking admission for the child must provide an attested copy of the legal custody certificate issued by the appropriate legal authority.

All documents must be complete and authentic. Admission will be confirmed only after successful verification of all required records and completion of the admission formalities.

Payment of Fee

A student is required to make full payment of the fees and other dues as per the schedule and fee structure laid down by the school.

  1. A duly filled Registration Form available from the school / online is to be submitted with the non-refundable, non-transferable Registration Fee within 2 days from the date of issue of the form or the last date given.
  2. A copy of the Birth Certificate must be attached with the Registration Form.
  3. Students who have attended other schools need to submit a photocopy of the report card of the last two academic years of the previous school.
  4. The registration fee is neither adjustable nor refundable and is valid only for the specified academic year.
  5. Registration of a child does not guarantee admission to school.

Direct Admission to Class X is an exception and not a norm and is only permissible to facilitate candidates with parents in transferable jobs or shifting of families from another city. Therefore, in such cases it becomes mandatory to send the attested copies of the documents of the concerned candidate to the CBSE Regional Office and seek prior approval.

Registration

  1. The school will send the letter of request taken from the parent along with the other required documents to seek approval from the CBSE Regional Office.
  2. On getting the approval, the concerned parents would be duly intimated to get their ward's application processed.
  3. A duly filled Registration Form available from the school / online is to be submitted with the non-refundable, non-transferable Registration Fee within 2 days from the date of issue of the form or the last date given.
  4. A copy of the Birth Certificate must be attached with the Registration Form.
  5. Students who have attended other schools need to submit a photocopy of the report card of the last two academic years of the previous school.
  6. The registration fee is neither adjustable nor refundable and is valid only for the specified academic year.

  3. Original Class IX Registration Card.
  4. In case of shifting of business from one city to another, the concerned parents are required to submit documents related to the closure of business in that city along with the documents related to the setting up of new business in the said city.
  5. An authentic copy of the Transfer Order of the parents and/or a Government issued residence shifting proof of the parents from one place to another place (Kindly Note: Address/Residence proof is not acceptable).

Information regarding the grant of approval from the CBSE Regional Office can be sought from the respective school office and children who have been granted admission must submit the following remaining documents before joining the school in order to confirm their seat.

  1. Submission of the Birth Certificate if not yet given
  2. 3 passport size photographs.

  7. 3 passport size photographs.
  8. Proof of residence of the child (Copy of Ration card / Voter ID / Passport / Aadhaar Card).
  9. A medical certificate from a qualified registered doctor showing the record of vaccination/immunization as well as mention of any particular ailment or health condition about which the school ought to know.
